Our Unique Stencil Material
Spectrum stencils are made from a unique plastic specifically made for us which has the thickness and look of traditional oilboard. Since it is translucent it is easy to use and has all the characteristics of a modern material designed to do a specific job.

The thickness of the material (300 micron) gives the Spectrum Stencil a rigidity and strength required for accurate stencilling, yet it has a flexibility for bending around corners without breaking up. The thickness of Spectrum stencils enables built up paint to be scraped off without the stencil breaking up so they can be used time and time again.

Laser Cut for Detail
Spectrum stencils are laser cut. This method of manufacturing enables stencils to be designed and produced virtually without restriction as compared to die cutting. This enables Spectrum stencil artist Julia Kantecki to design stencils using cuts that give magnificent effects and detail.

Our laser cutting machines have the facility of producing stencils or up to 1200 mm x 800 mm in one piece.
